Geiger offers comprehensive design and fabrication services of custom engineered systems for both liquids and air/gas handling. Our packaged systems are designed to simplify the design, coordination, specification, procurement, and installation of equipment packages. Our team will work with you from concept to final testing, providing specifications, detailed design drawings, testing plans, fabrication and factory testing, and start-up support.

Our engineered systems integrate dozens or even hundreds of components into a single package, all designed and tested to function as a single unit. We coordinate all the details ensuring that the components function individually and together as a fully functional system, and we design and execute a testing plan to verify every design to the maximum extent possible before it leaves the factory.

How do I get started?

Please contact us to discuss your application. We’ll start by asking for your application details such as required flow rate, pressure, power available, and process fluid name and temperature. We’ll then work with you to propose a scope of supply or specification, and process diagram for your system. After order, you will also receive a complete engineering data package for review and discussion.

Can you offer custom options on standard systems, like fuel oil or booster systems?

We can modify designs to utilize preferred manufacturers, add components or functions, and customize controls. All our standard systems, including fuel oil pump sets, fuel oil systems, vacuum or blower packages, filtration systems, and more, can be configured to order. I’m looking for liquid or gas handling equipment that doesn’t seem to exist. Can you help?

Geiger can engineer systems to fit in tight or unusual spaces, provide processes that are not otherwise commercially available, or to meet the highly specific needs of your plant or user. Examples of systems engineered to order include deionizing/cooling systems, automated filtration systems, viscosity control systems, specialized batching systems, methanol/ethanol metering systems, and modular booster pump systems. Yes, our applications team has extensive experience solving fluid handling challenges. We know that our pumps and blowers don’t work alone, and we can help you design a successful installation.
